Since 2021, GWCH Property Partners has invested in, developed, and represented a small portfolio of architectural homes and build sites across Greenwich. We work alongside owners, architects, and co-investors — taking conviction positions in places that reward long horizons and careful design.
A ground-up residence developed in partnership with a leading East Coast studio. Cedar-clad volumes, deep eaves, an open central court, and grounds composed for quiet living. Co-investment by invitation.

Founded in 2021 in Greenwich by Hendric Vogt, GWCH is led by a small group of principals with backgrounds in real estate investment, architecture, and development. We operate the way we invest — deliberately, privately, and with our own capital alongside our partners'.

We invest beside our partners on every commission and co-investment.
We engage architects, landscape practices, and builders directly — fluent in every detail of the work.
